JoAnn moved to the Condominium Department in 2007 and was the first person in the State of New Jersey to use the online licensing program and obtain her P& C license. She continued the online course to complete the necessary credits required for the Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. JoAnn is the counterpart to Eileen and services the southern half of the Ocean City Condominium accounts as well as assisting Joan on the days she works from home. |
